Our Approach

The engagement was structured across two strategic tracks: establishing a future-ready hardware foundation and preparing for a cloud-connected software experience that would unlock long-term business value.

Before enabling cloud connectivity, the client required a next-generation physical controller capable of sensing environmental conditions, communicating reliably with the cloud, and operating in demanding field environments. This phase established the technical foundation necessary for scalability, reliability, and future digital services.

This phase resulted in a reliable, cloud-ready hardware platform capable of supporting intelligent monitoring, remote communication, and future software-driven capabilities.

Research & Component Selection

System requirements were analyzed and components selected to support advanced sensing, connectivity, and long-term reliability.

Schematics were translated into a production-ready printed circuit board design, optimizing size, durability, and component placement.

Prototype Fabrication

The final design was manufactured, producing five fully assembled prototypes, including component sourcing, fabrication, and assembly.

Hardware Testing & Validation

Upon arrival, the prototypes underwent comprehensive validation: component functionality, voltage validation, sensor accuracy testing, verification of communication modes (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, USB), and power-up validation via USB and external power sources.
