The Leverage Team at CODE Éxitos is a dynamic and purpose-driven group responsible for spearheading initiatives that go beyond the day-to-day business operations, focusing on making a meaningful impact on our employees, community, and the environment.
This team is the driving force behind our commitment to broader social and environmental responsibilities, managing key programs like our B Corp certification, CodeSpark initiative, strategic partnerships with educational institutions, and our Internship Program.

The B Corp Movement
As a B Corp, we’re part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact.
The B Corp movement is a global movement of People Using Business as a Force for Good®. Together, we are shifting our economic system from profiting only the few to benefitting all, from concentrating wealth and power to ensuring equity, from extraction to regeneration, and from prioritizing individualism to embracing interdependence.
By certifying, B Corps step into a framework for continuous improvement. In order
to maintain certification, companies must undertake the assessment and verification process every three years, demonstrating they are still meeting B Lab’s standards — which are themselves always improving, with continual input from expert stakeholders.
OUR JOURNEY & INITIATIVES
The B Corp Certification isn’t an award — it’s the beginning of a journey towards continuous improvement and collective action. The most important reason for our certification is to remind ourselves that our company exists to serve a higher purpose than profit and technological dominance. Part of our mission is to make the world a better place, and how we express and achieve this requires our constant focus on the bigger picture.
